Acrylic on canvas. I've been amazed by the beautiful winter sunsets we've been having lately - the deep magentas and purples on the East horizon, just before dusk. I wanted to embody that in painting with a landscape that reminds me of Merrymeeting Marsh by where I live and how the fog settles on the marsh.
